CanditAI (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the information you provide when using CanditAI and its related services, including the web application at app.candit.co and any other CanditAI services (“Services”).

Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information
Account information (name, email, password)
Uploaded resume (end-to-end encrypted)
Payment information (processed securely through Stripe, our designated payment processing partner)
All Personal Information and resumes are end-to-end encrypted and stored securely using Base44’s enterprise-grade security infrastructure. All data is stored in servers located in the United States.
1.2 Website Analytics
We track minimal analytics, including:
Where you came from (referrer URL)
Pages you accessed
This data is used only for internal monitoring, is deleted regularly, and is not used to improve Services.
We do not sell, share, or use this data for marketing or AI training.
1.3 Automated Profile Information
For candidates invited via a Business User’s credit pool, CanditAI generates a Profile Matching Rate, which is a 2-digit percentage representing the likelihood of the user matching a particular job.
This percentage is the only data shared outside CanditAI (with the inviting agency) and is generated from the Prep content, not personal identifying information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect only to:
Provide and operate the Services;
Generate Preps for you or for Candidates invited by a Business User;
Generate the Profile Matching Rate for agency-invited users;
Maintain security, including preventing unauthorized access;
Comply with legal obligations if required.
Internal marketing purposes
We do not use your personal data for:
AI training or model improvement;
Selling, sharing, or otherwise monetizing your data.
Data Protection and Security
We implement robust security measures including:
End-to-end encryption for all personal information and data
All Personal Information, resumes, and Preps are end-to-end encrypted.
CanditAI uses Base44’s enterprise-grade security for storage, transmission, and processing.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure.
Data Retention
Personal Information and Preps are retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services.
Website analytics data is also regularly deleted.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@candit.co.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.
The only exception is:
Profile Matching Rate shared with Business Users who invited a candidate via their credit pool. This is only a numerical percentage and does not include personal information such as name, email, or CV content.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Request corrections or updates;
Request deletion of your data;
Withdraw consent where applicable.
